This project is being developed in dialogue with other efforts to better understand research careers in Switzerland, including the SNSF Career Tracking Cohort survey. The aim is to ensure that the information collected can contribute to broader discussions on researcher careers while avoiding unnecessary duplication of data collection efforts.
